Research

Three programmes, united by a single aim: therapies that fit the person receiving them.

Small-molecule design

We explore chemical space for compounds whose properties can be adapted to different metabolic profiles, aiming for better tolerability and more predictable dosing.

Biologics platforms

We investigate proteins and antibody formats that can be tuned toward individual targets, studying stability, specificity and manufacturability early.

Biomarker matching

We study which molecular signatures predict response, so the right modality and compound can be chosen for the right person.

How a question becomes a candidate

Our research pipeline is deliberately staged. Each gate must be passed on evidence, not on enthusiasm.

  1. Frame the clinical question

Start from a real patient need with clinical partners, not from a molecule in search of a use.

  2. Model and screen

Computational and laboratory screening narrows a wide field of small and large molecule options.

  3. Characterise

Study behaviour, stability and safety signals in controlled experimental systems.

  4. Match to biology

Test whether molecular signatures can predict which patients a candidate suits.

  5. Review and decide

Independent review of the data before any candidate moves toward translation.
